Her practice includes Family Law and Immigration issues such as adjustment, lawful permanent residency, naturalization, removal/deportation, immigration/non-immigrant visas, consular processing, criminal law, and translation and interpretation services. Cynthia has been certified by the Department of Veterans Affairs to handle the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Cynthia is a Cum Laude graduate of Appalachian State University with a B.S.C.J. in Criminal Justice, as well as a graduate of West Chester University with a M.S. in Criminal Justice. She received her J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She was a faculty member for Pennsylvania State University’s Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement Training Institute (PACSETI) training state and county child support workers in areas of enforcement, case initiation, domestic violence, and the federal and state laws concerning support.
Cynthia is the Co-Chair of the Immigration law section of Chester County Bar Association; a member of the Chester County Bar Association’s: Naturalization Committee, Young Lawyers Division, Family Law Section. She is also a member and the Co-Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Advocacy Committee. She is actively involved in the Chester County Young Republicans and the Republican Committee of Chester County. Cynthia was recently named by the Chester County Board of Commissioners to the Women’s Commission for a three year term. She also serves on her Homeowner Association Board.
Cynthia and her husband, Ryan Eshleman, who reside in Caln Township, PA recently became first-time parents to new baby, Lillian.
