Jonathan Long is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, appellate practice and zoning and land use matters.
Jonathan is a member of the Chester County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the New Jersey Bar Association.
Jonathan received his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he participated in the university’s trial advocacy program. He was also a member of the American Bar Association Law Student Division, serving as the 3rd Circuit Governor where he oversaw ABA LSD activities at law schools in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
Prior to joining the firm Jonathan spent four years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. He specialized in homicide by vehicle and DUI cases, as well as animal cruelty cases. Beyond his specialties Jonathan handled cases ranging from summary traffic citations to felony charges.
Outside the law Jonathan is active in West Chester borough serving on the Comprehensive Plan and University Area Neighborhood Task Forces. He also participates in a number of other community activities.
Jonathan grew up in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and attended West Chester University where he received a B.A. in History.
