A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Patrick Mintzer graduated from La Salle University in 1986 with a B.S. in Marketing. He went on to receive his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1989 and was immediately admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Thereafter, he was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, in 1990.

Prior to joining Buckley Brion, Patrick practiced in Philadelphia and Media, Pennsylvania where he gained extensive experience handling hundreds of cases involving medical negligence, automobile accidents, product liability, as well as cases involving unsafe or poorly maintained premises. This experience included trying many cases to verdict in catastrophic injury cases for both the plaintiff and defendant. Patrick has successfully resolved many cases on behalf of injured clients for amounts well in excess of a million dollars. Patrick's extensive experience in handling cases for both the injured party, as well as the defendant, gives him a unique perspective in handling matters on behalf of all his clients.

Patrick is a member of the Chester County, Delaware County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Delaware County Association for Justice.
