Jeff worked his way through Widener University School of Law, clerking for a judge of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas during the day and going to class at night. A graduate of Lehigh University, he earned his J.D. and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1982. He was admitted to the bar of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1984.
Jeff's energy and dedication is evident today in his commitment to his clients and to the legal profession. A partner with Buckley Brion since 1990, Jeff's practice areas include representing municipal governments, real estate taxation and litigation.
He is a member of the Chester County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Board of Directors of the Chester County Bar Foundation, and newly named to the Board of Directors for the Chester County Bar Association. He is also listed in Who's Who in American Law. Jeff's community activities include serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, Being an active member and past president of the West Chester Rotary Club; past president of the West Chester Area Day Care; Board member of the West Chester YMCA and a Deacon of his church.
In his spare time, Jeff coaches soccer and continues to enjoy this "beautiful game." He and his wife, Lisa, live in Pocopson with sons, Matthew, 18, and 15-year-old twins, Andrew and Alex.
