Jennifer Breton is a member of the firm’s transaction practice group. She has been practicing law for over ten years in a variety of practice areas, including estates and trusts, business transactions, tax, litigation, and insurance defense.
Jennifer is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation. She is also a member of the Chester County Bar Association, where she is Chairperson of the Tax Practice Section. She is a member of the Stively Inn at Court and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
Jennifer is currently in her last semester in working towards a Master of Laws in Taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She recently won the LL.M. division of the prestigious American Bar Association Law Student Tax Challenge. Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law where she notably served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Widener Law Review.
Jennifer has lived in Chester County for nearly thirty years. She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor concentration in Communications.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer owned her own law firm, Jennifer Breton Law. She also served as the President of the Caln Township Board of Commissioners. Jennifer volunteers her time as a judge with the Widener Law Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, the Wills for Heroes program, and with the animal rescue organization, Spay n Save. She lives in Caln Township with her husband, Jim, and their three children.
