Joseph E. (Skip) Brion serves as the Chairman of Buckley, Brion, McGuire & Morris LLP. He specializes in zoning and land use, real estate development, zoning litigation, municipal law, real estate and commercial litigation. He has been named as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers by Philadelphia Magazine.

In addition to his law practice, Skip serves as Chairman of the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority. He is the former Chairman of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, a former member of the Board of Directors for Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), and a former Trustee of the Chester County Historical Society.  Mr. Brion is active in numerous charitable organizations in Chester County as well, including the Community Warehouse Project of Chester County which his wife, Glenda, serves as CEO/Executive Director.
